Aroma: Mildly fruity with notes of citrus and apricot, accompanied by a pleasant, clean grainy character.
 
Flavor & Mouthfeel: Clean and crisp with a bready malt character and mild notes of honey. Well-attenuated malt provides balance, while subtle fruity notes from the yeast and hops add a slightly sweet, fruit-forward character.
 
Brewers' Notes: Although this may seem like one of the simplest beers we make, it's often one of the most challenging to brew. Any small change or fluctuation can be evident, even to an untrained palate. We brew American Blonde Ale to extremely tight specifications using some of the finest malt and hops we can find. A carefully controlled fermentation with German ale yeast, followed by at least six weeks of lagering, produces a light and subtle ale with clean, refined flavor that keeps even experienced craft beer drinkers satisfied.
