Cook

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic person to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you be responsible for preparing high‑quality food in a fast‑paced pub environment while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and food safety standards. This role works closely with the Kitchen Lead and pub team to deliver a great guest experience through well‑executed pub fare and positive teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines

  • Maintain consistency, quality, and timeliness of all food during service

  • Assist with food prep, portioning, and station setup

  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation

  • Communicate effectively with kitchen teammates and front‑of‑house staff

  • Assist with inventory rotation, labeling, and proper food storage

  • Support smooth kitchen flow during busy service periods

  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team‑oriented kitchen culture
     

What We're Looking For

  • Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (pub, restaurant, or similar environment)

  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting

  • Strong attention to detail and consistency

  • Reliable, punctual, and team‑focused attitude

  • Ability to work daytime, nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Server

We are looking for an energetic, dependable Pub Server who enjoys great hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and helps guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in until the final check is paid.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.

  • Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them promptly.

  • Serve food, beer and other beverages efficiently and professionally.

  • Answer menu questions and recommend food, drink, and daily specials.

  • Check on guests throughout their visit and resolve concerns quickly.

  • Keep tables, service areas, and dining spaces clean and organized.

  • Process checks, handle payments, and complete side work as needed.

  • Work closely with kitchen, bar, and host staff to keep service running smoothly.
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and busy shifts.

  • Ability to stand, walk, carry trays, and stay active throughout the shift.

  • Previous restaurant, pub, bar, or customer service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

  • Must meet any legal age or certification requirements for alcohol service.
     

$7.25 an hour plus tips.
 

Part-time and full-time shifts available. Evening and weekend availability is a must. Pay is competitive and includes tips.

Food Runner/Busser

We are looking for an energetic, dependable Food Runner who enjoys great hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and helps guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in until the final check is paid.
 

Responsibilities

  • Serve food, beer and other beverages efficiently and professionally.

  • Clear used plates, glassware, and silverware promptly. Sanitize tables, reset tables to hospitality standards

  • Check on guests throughout their visit and resolve concerns quickly.

  • Keep tables, service areas, and dining spaces clean and organized.

  • Communicate effectively with chefs and servers to ensure seamless operations during busy shifts.

  • Wash & sanitize dishes, silverware and glasses.
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and busy shifts.

  • Ability to stand, walk, carry trays, and stay active throughout the shift..

  • Must be 18.
     

$8.50 an hour plus tips.
 

Part-time and full-time shifts available. Evening and weekend availability is a must. Pay is competitive and includes tips.
